Hmm. Didn't like it quite as much as the first book - the first book was a four stars that was closer to five, this one's closer to three - but it's still a wonderfully rich, detailed world, and I really love the narrative voice. Could have done without the repetitive sex bits, but at least they weren't nearly as explicit as they might have been.Also, I like Nightingale. I really do.
Looking forward to reading more, anyway.
